In the “not that important” category of life goals, one of mine is to convince people that there are plenty of places to go besides the beach. Lake Louise in Banff National Park of Alberta, Canada is one of those places.

I had heard of Lake Louise for years, but nothing–no verbal description, no image on a computer screen–is adequate to describe its incredible beauty. It’s one of those spots on Earth that you must simply see with your own eyes.
