Thanks for letting us capture a special moment with you, Jordan and Holly. Benjamin is too cute!
We got to spend some time with a very special family today celebrating Roger's 60th Birthday. Happy Birthday, Roger! Thanks, Debbie, for asking us to capture special moments throughout the day and for letting us celebrate with your awesome family. We love you all and truly appreciate everything you've done for OUR family.
A few years ago (here - http://bit.ly/2ibM3S7) I shared the short story behind (maybe) the favorite photo I've ever taken. This shot came a few minutes after the "Reflections of Vietnam" moment. Unlike the original "Reflections," you can BARELY see the Washington Monument in the snowy distance of this shot.
This little guy made me stand like a statue for a LONG time in the hot Georgia sun with 100% humidity, but he was well worth the wait. It took a shutter speed of 1/2000 of a second to even slow him down, but we eventually came to an ever-so-brief agreement. One of God's truly amazing creatures.
