It can be hard to tell sometimes in January, but either way, it's beautiful.
Our Buckeye-born girls have been itching for snow and it FINALLY came.
Today's sunshine combined with yesterday's ice made for some beautiful scenery in southern Indiana. While waiting for a cloud to float by so the sunlight would hit the ice in this tree, the cloud dumped some snow. A perfect January moment.

A few years ago (here - http://bit.ly/2ibM3S7) I shared the short story behind (maybe) the favorite photo I've ever taken. This shot came a few minutes after the "Reflections of Vietnam" moment. Unlike the original "Reflections," you can BARELY see the Washington Monument in the snowy distance of this shot.
