There is a famous hairpin turn along the Icefields Parkway just before the entrance to Canada's Jasper National Park. It's appropriately named "Big Bend." Just how big is the bend? As the creek approaches the Bow River, it flows through Johnston Canyon. These are the Upper Falls of Johnston Canyon and they are breathtaking.
